Plus and Family are not refunded once purchased. Everything stays open until the last day of the period you paid for.

- Chapter 1 of every book and daily practice are always free, so you can see what Pustok is like without paying.
- That is why a plan is not refunded once it is purchased.
Use it until the period ends
- Everything in your plan stays open until the last day of the period you paid for.
- Nothing is charged automatically. If you do not renew, the free plan continues after the end date and your progress is kept.
If a payment goes wrong
- If the same payment is taken twice, or you are charged but Plus does not turn on, that money is returned to the payment method it came from.
- Write to us with the payment receipt or transaction ID. We check the transaction and sort it out.
